The Outdoors

Walnut Hill is a popular wedding venue thanks to its barn, gorgeous old growth trees, and ability to have indoor and outdoor spaces for the ceremony and the reception. The historic outbuildings are favorite spots for brides and grooms as well as their guests. On September 21st of last year, Paige Rochford and Joe Truxal tied the knot at Walnut Hill and the weather, the day, the couple and the details were all just right.

The Couple

Both Paige and Joe are in the Air Force in separate assignments, so they planned the wedding from a distance, choosing thoughtful details and a day that included lots of fun.

The Reception

This reception was lively and the couple and their friends danced till late in the evening. It was replete with great food, drink and Paige and Joe had a “icing” moment, when Joe searched for – and found – a Smirnoff Ice under his new wife’s skirt.

If you would like to see other Walnut Hill weddings that Premier Party Planners made happen, have a look at Loren and Evan’s day and Avian and Alex’s. Both were glorious and made great use of the place, space and wonderful weather. Congratulations, Paige and Joe!
