Wedding Planning: Walnut Hill Venue: April 2023
Megan and Michael’s wedding day was easily one of the windiest days in NC history (unverified, but we’re confident we’re close)! While it was a factor, the breezes allowed photographer Morgan Caddell to capture some absolutely lovely outdoor shots. These two hired Premier for partial planning and we helped them design their classic blue and white themed wedding that included beautifully colorful florals.

First Look at Walnut Hill
We love a first look, and Megan and Michael’s was so sweet. It’s not always easy to keep one’s composure, and when Michael saw his bride, he was bowled over entirely.
A Walnut Hill Spring Wedding
Their outdoor ceremony took place in the lakeside pavilion filled with expectant guests. A string quartet played as first Michael and then Megan made their way to the alter escorted by their respective mothers. The couple hand wrote their personal vows and read them to each other. The tears, laughter and joy were palpable on this early April day.

The reception hall was decorated with pale blue, white and a unique variety of centerpieces, florals, candles and lights. Everyone was relaxed and enjoying themselves. We love it, and applaud those couples who manage to make every moment feel inclusive and special.
