Setting the Walnut Hill Stage
Walnut Hill is popular for so many reasons, and we believe that Morgan Caddell’s photography can help tell the story. There is so much sunlight, so much space, and so much natural beauty, we understand why brides and grooms are attracted to this venue.
Megan and Michael chose blue, white and natural textures and accents to make sure that the barn was ready for their reception. The rest was a piece of cake.
Prepping for the Wedding
Oh, the details of this wedding. Megan wore incredibly great shoes, superb jewelry, and an absolute stunner of a gown. She and her bridesmaids prepared at the Estate House at Walnut Hill, and then met up with their counterparts after the bride and groom’s first look.

After their Lakeside Canopy ceremony, the couple and their guests enjoyed a cocktail hour in the Pavilion Side Garden. The quartet that played during their ceremony continued to serenade everyone during cocktail wanderings, while the bridal party took more photos.

The reception was so much fun!! Loads of dancing in the late April sunlight, and the bride and groom had their first dance to great cheers. Catering from Funky Fresh delighted everyone, and the tunes from DJ Ones and the favorite band “Heads Up Penny” kept the dance floor hopping well into the evening.
Congratulations
Premier’s own Tara planned this wedding and the details and classic choices made with Megan made this such a special day. Congratulations to Megan and Michael, who just recently celebrated their first wedding anniversary. All the best to them!
