Wedding at Walnut Hill
We love planning weddings at Walnut Hill, and planning for Hannah was more than a joy: we love this couple SO MUCH!! They wanted to play off of the crisp white backdrop of Walnut Hill’s reception space and decided to go with white linens with shades of pinks and candles for a bright and romantic feel. Lilac Floral Decor created a lush ceremony arbor which we repurposed for the reception.

A Gift for Dad
The bride surprised her dad with a special picture of the two of them when she was young sewn into his tie.
First Look
Hannah and Trey had a first look, but also wanted that moment of privacy to be about embarking on a new life together. They decided to read their vows. Hannah laughs uncontrollably when she’s nervous, so their moment was filled with giggles and happy tears.
The Ceremony
The Raleigh Trolley brought guests to the ceremony in style and also served as the couple’s getaway ride at the end of the night. They said their vows in front of their favorite people and a beautiful arbor, thoughtfully decorated with big bunches of florals.
The Details
Soft pinks, whites, and lavenders made the decor feel like a big garden party. Guests were treated to catering from Funky Fresh, as well as a choice of wedding cake or donuts. Most had both! The table settings, decor, and natural light provided at Walnut Cove made the reception hall sing. There were even signature cocktails, named after their precious pups Bailey and Benny.
The Party
Hannah and Trey did not sit out their reception. These two danced all night long, and were so relentless that Hannah broke the bustle on her gown multiple times. Premier’s Tara said she finally gave up and sewed the bustle in place, so Hannah could keep dancing.
A sparkler send off ended this incredible night. We couldn’t be happier for these two!
