Christy, a seasoned corporate planner and former in-house wedding planner at a local venue, brought a unique perspective to her own big day. She knew exactly what she wanted and had the experience to understand what it would take to bring it to life. It was a privilege to walk alongside Christy and Todd as they prepared for this day—not just to help execute their vision, but to witness the deep care and consideration they showed for one another at every turn.

The Maxwell Wedding Ceremony
Their ceremony was heartfelt and intimate, surrounded by the couple’s closest family and friends. Every word and moment felt intentional, genuine, and beautifully tailored to reflect their journey together.
The Gorgeous Details
Every element of Christy and Todd’s wedding was executed with elegance and meaning, but one surprise in particular stole the show. Unbeknownst to Christy, Todd had arranged for their getaway vehicle to be none other than her late grandfather’s vintage truck—a beloved relic from her childhood. Christy had cherished memories of riding in that truck, and after it was sold out of the family years ago, she thought she’d never see it again. Todd quietly tracked it down, repurchased it, and had it parked out front on their wedding day. The moment Christy saw it was emotional, not only for her but for every family member who remembered riding in it. That truck wasn’t just a ride—it was a piece of her heart restored.
The Reception
After such a touching ceremony, the couple were able to visit with guests, dance, be with their adoring friends and even see the painting that was created onsite during their ceremony. With laughter echoing off the walls, heartfelt toasts, delicious food, and plenty of dancing, the evening was both joyful and unforgettable.
