Wedding Planning: The Maxwell: November 2024
Caroline and Greg’s November wedding at The Maxwell was full of personality, style, and wistful moments. With our help, the couple was able to maximize their budget while still creating the wedding design of their dreams. Their retro-inspired color palette, paired with creative use of Premier’s décor inventory, made for a vibrant and memorable celebration. It was a GORGEOUS day and a gorgeous wedding.
Preparations for I Do
Thoughtful Details Everywhere
From the start, guests knew this would be a wedding to remember. They were greeted with a champagne wall and encouraged to snap photos for a Polaroid guest book, setting a festive and playful tone. The couple also leaned into Premier’s décor collection, incorporating items like table numbers, a cake stand, serving set, display trays, and a card box—all of which added polish and personality to the event without breaking the bank.
The Maxwell Ceremony
The Maxwell was beautifully styled by Thistle & Moon, who transformed the space into a bold, retro-inspired dream. Once the vows were shared, the celebration moved seamlessly into an evening of music, laughter, and dancing. DJ Ones kept the dance floor lively and also provided a photo booth for guests to enjoy.
Let the Party Begin
One of the sweetest reception highlights was when both Caroline and Greg danced with their moms, a tender way to honor family and set the tone for the night. Later, Caroline made a quick dress change before rejoining the party—just in time for late-night Taco Bell to make its arrival, much to everyone’s delight!
Dinner from Under the Oak had already wowed guests earlier in the night, but Caroline and Greg’s grand finale truly stole the show. For their exit, the newlyweds donned custom jackets embroidered with their last name, Andersen, a chic and personal detail that perfectly capped off a day filled with thoughtful touches.
From the décor and design to the energy on the dance floor, Caroline and Greg’s wedding was a true reflection of who they are—fun, stylish, and family-centered. With smart planning, talented vendors, and a dash of Taco Bell, this November night at The Maxwell will be a celebration their loved ones remember for years to come.
