Tess and Clay were married in August of 2021 in a gorgeous wedding that we will always refer to as “the ginger jar” wedding. Surrounded by their 20 attendants, family and friends, these two said “I Do” and the day was a triumph from start to finish!

Preparations

First Look

Tess shared an extremely tender first look, and some private sweet words with her father. These moments tend to move even the hardest hearts and we love seeing the responses and expressions.

The Happy Couple

Details

The Ginger Jar Wedding wasn’t just a casual name for this celebration; it was an idea that Tess had been dreaming about for her wedding. All toll, there were 60 ginger jars borrowed from friends and family all over North Carolina used for the reception.

Reception

First Dance

Another wish of Tess’s was a first dance with Clay underneath the market lights. While the forecast called for rain, we checked our handy weather app, knew we were good to go and that wish was granted by the weather gods.

Congratulations
