EVENT PLANNING : Le Jardinier, NYC: September 2024
On September 17, 2024, an exclusive group of extraordinary women in retail leadership gathered at Le Jardinier, Manhattan’s premier French fine-dining destination, for an intimate and powerful discussion. This invitation-only event, presented by YOOBIC, brought together influential leaders to address a critical challenge in the industry: the “broken rung” on the leadership ladder. Despite their talent and ambition, many women in retail face obstacles when advancing from entry-level positions to management roles. Premier Party Planners was asked to add special touches to the event’s atmosphere.
Guided by industry expert Laura Ravo, the conversation centered on actionable strategies to support and elevate the next generation of women leaders. Participants explored collaborative efforts to break down barriers, foster mentorship, and create pathways for career advancement. The discussion was candid, inspiring, and solution-focused, emphasizing the collective responsibility of current leaders to develop and champion future talent in the retail space.
