Kimberly & Andrew had their dream wedding at The Bradford on July 16, 2022 and it was a party as much as an exchange of vows. The couple were keen to have a balloon arch at their ceremony, excellent food and champagne at their reception, followed by a lot of fun dancing. But first, the day unfolded, and that was a blast too.
Preparations at The Bradford
The day began with everyone getting ready at the venue. The Bradford’s bridal suite was alive with the hair and makeup crew for the ladies, and over in the groom’s suite, there was friendly game of ping-pong going. Once everyone was ready, Kimberly & Andrew exchanged gifts: each had a signature perfume and cologne to wear on the day. Then it was time to walk down the aisle.
The Ceremony
The ceremony was short and sweet led by one of Premier’s preferred officiants – Ed Sansbury and had everyone laughing, crying, and celebrating the new couple. We loved the arbor swathed in dusty pink with lovely florals that looked made for the space.
The Details
Kimberly’s palette was not overdone. White, blush, pale pinks, greenery and touches of silver and platinum was all that was needed. It felt fresh for a summer wedding.
Another fun detail was the balloon arch for the reception. This was a must for the couple and it looked incredible.
The Reception
After a quick change of shoes and celebratory glass of champagne, it was time to have some fun with family photos and get ready for the party! These two specifically wanted what they referred to comically as “awesome dancing.” And that is just what they got allllll night! There was a choreographed dance between the groom and his mother to a special version of “Funky Town”
There was definitely “awesome dancing” and a killer K&A marquee lit up the dance floor. This reception was such a party!!
