Ashton and Brooks chose a traditional ceremony for their April 2022 wedding and then followed it with a fabulous party. They dreamed, and we delivered it. The couple married at First Presbyterian in Raleigh, and then proceeded to have a day filled with love, loads of laughs, a trolley ride, spring colors, mood lighting, dancing, and big time joy.
Preparations
The Ceremony
Ashton and Brooks’ church ceremony had many of the traditional elements, and was moving. Once the “I Dos” were said, the family and attendants took the Great Raleigh Trolley to grab their breath and take photos.
The Details
The florals from Lilac Decor, catering from Rocky Top, sweets from Nothing Bundt Cakes, and the gorgeous setting at Chatham Station, all made the reception a perfect reflection of these two. It was a spring wedding in all the best ways.
The Party
The bride did a quick outfit change during the reception, so she could show off her dance moves, and the party bloomed from there.
The dance floor stayed busy all night, but we made sure that the couple had one last private dance before closing out the night with sparklers under the stars. These two were so lovely, so fun to work with, and we wish them nothing but the best for many years to come.
