We started working with Ashley and Jonathan fairly early in the planning process and helped them come up with a design and decor concept that would be elegant, and yet still let the natural beauty of the wood barn shine through.

Hold on to your shorts, people! I am blowing the dust off our blog! I couldn’t think of a better wedding to restart our blog with Meredith and Dave’s super blingy and drop dead gorgeous wedding at The Umstead.

Lauren and Brad were married on a cool, sunshiny day in August (yes, every once in a blue moon this does happen!).

It’s not every day that you get to help plan a 75th semi-surprise birthday party. So when Mr. D approached me about helping him plan his wife’s birthday party, I was elated!

We made it! We’re back! Back in the good ‘ole US of A. What an awesome experience. I still can’t even believe I was there in Switzerland gazing up at the Swiss Alps. Thouse mountians are incredible…
