The Theme
Savanna wanted her wedding to be a pivot from the wholly traditional or entirely modern. She wanted something different, something eclectic with a modern twist and plenty of unexpected but fitting choices. The folks at Watered Garden nailed it! The florals were a mix of boho and Victorian elements; there were boxes and columns of lean white planters with smaller arrangements, lucite tables, draping lights and sleek chairs. The room felt entirely new and completely pulled together for Savanna and Cole’s mid-September wedding at Market View. This venue lends itself to whatever vision you may have.
Preparations
Photographer Simone McAdams did an amazing job using the natural light this day to capture the couple at the venue, the brilliant color palette, the happy parents and wedding party, and the electric feeling in the air.
First Look
Savanna and Cole had their first look outside and it was the sweetest!! They were so truly excited about their day, and to see each other, and it comes through in the images. These two are wildly and happily in love!

Details
Tangerine, pale pink, sage green, plum, hot pink and lilac all made their way, harmoniously, into Savanna’s magical palette. BRIDES TAKE NOTE: you can mix it up and still create a sophisticated ceremony and reception with familiar elements plus your take on the whimsical. Multiple colors, playing with heights, textures and placement all allow guests to feel transported. Watered Garden were amazing at seeing what Savanna wanted and then manifesting it perfectly.
Reception
This reception was every bit as much a party as a celebration of the couple. They and their friends and family, danced, drank, toasted, hugged, shared cake and champagne and let loose.
Congratulations
The last look of the night was the couple being sent off with sparklers, underneath the market lights and the well wishes of friends. All the best, you two!
