This couple will remember their August 7, 2020 wedding as a shining moment in a pretty tough year. We at Premier will remember it because of the dancing and the abundance of love. This couple loves to dance. Their friends and family love to dance. Even Grandma got out on the dance floor to show off. There was so much joy on this day that it was almost possible to forget the pandemic, and that is exactly as it should be.
Prep Time
From the beginning of the pandemic, Alana was adamant that she would not give up on her wedding day, her chosen wedding date and goal of marrying David, who was also awaiting a transfer to Colorado as part of his Air Force service. So they stuck to their plans, and with the generous and creative help of their venue, the State View Hotel, a safe and truly fun wedding day happened seamlessly.
The Ceremony
Alana and David’s ceremony was colorful and filled with anticipation and joy to no one’s surprise. From the decor to the bouquets, bridesmaids gowns and groomsmen’s socks, this was not an austere occasion. The couple performed the sand ceremony symbolizing their union and even after their I Dos, the recession down the aisle included dancing.

The Dancing
If we were ever to rank weddings based on the number of people dying to leave it all on the floor, this one would surely make the top 10. It was such a party and everyone danced, laughed, danced, ate and danced some more. The send off for these two was everything you want: filled with love and a partying spirit.
At the opening of the reception, songs for the entrance of the wedding party alone tell the story and included Bruno Mars, Justin Timberlake, Digital Underground, Kanye West and others.
