WEDDING PLANNING : Pinehill Pavilion : June 2024

Jana and Jared, who met as mere children at church, wanted a June wedding and Pinehill Pavilion was the perfect spot. The setting and barn provide plenty of space for guests to roam, places for the bride, groom and attendees to get ready, and loads of green and natural light. With the addition of florals, candles and handmade touches, the stage was set for their big day.

Wedding Prep at Pinehill Pavilion

The bride and bridesmaids got ready at Pinehill Pavilion, in the ladies’ cabin, while Jared and his groomsmen prepared in the Groom’s cabin. There’s something special and fun about arriving early to the very site of your wedding and taking the time to enjoy getting ready. This group definitely did!

Pinehill Pavilion Ceremony

Brides: if you are seeking a dominant WOW element at your wedding and reception, consider a chandelier decked with more greenery and twinkle lights. This feature, with large white fabric streamers jutting from it took everyone’s breath away.

Jana and her mother were responsible for creating all of the beautiful table decorations, as well as the seating sign. While the hot NC temperatures were all the encouragement we needed to keep the barn doors closed, the atmosphere was summer-y, inclusive and so much fun.

Summer weddings in the South have a magnetism of their own, and guest came in from the cocktail hour ready to gather and celebrate this adorable couple. The barn was transformed from ceremony site to reception hall, and in no time, the party was on.

For the exit, Jana & Jared purchased fiber optic “light wands” that lit the way as they said their last goodbyes to adoring friends. It was a gorgeous wedding, top to bottom. Congrats to Jana and Jared!
